I think were confusing pro-choice with pro-abortion.
When I started this drawing I had shared it on my social media, I was referred to as a ‘Trendy Millennial’
I stand for woman’s rights, stating pro-choice doesn’t mean I am pro-abortion. It means the issue is too grey and I have no right to dictate what another woman must endure. It’s a time when we must stand up for one another rather than judge what we do not know.
We see you, We feel you, We love you and most of all we support you.
Not your body, not your choice, is a representation of taking a step back and showing empathy to our fellow sister.
I always say, extremism is never okay, it’s never the answer. We need more education and resources.
This was hand drawn, then traced and water painted.
Prints come in 5″x7″ and 8″x10″ on a cardstock paper.
